It usually takes about 30 days from the time I get all the necessary information from you.

What are the payment terms? How do I pay?

Half of the fee is payable at the beginning, half at the transfer of passwords and logins at the end. You will see the functioning website and system before making the final payment. And for your piece of mind, you can pay with a card to my Stripe or PayPal account. Both offer buyer protection.

Will I do everything myself? Is there any “work” required from you?

I will build the whole Automated Mortgage Lead machine for you... but there will be a bit of “work” from you at the beginning too. WordPress for the website, MailerLite for email delivery) and finding somebody to make technical changes will be easy and costs reasonable.

Will I have to host the website/emails on your servers?

Not at all. You will receive 12 months of hosting of the website/emails. And during that time, you can either move it anywhere else... or you can stay and pay a reasonable hosting fee (currently approx $USD70/year) directly to the hosting company.

Will I receive all the logins/passwords etc?

Sure! At handover, you will receive a document that will contain all the login details and passwords to everything that is used in and makes up the Automated Mortgage Lead Machine. (hosting access, email access, website access, email autoresponder access etc.) You will have all the information and accesses that are needed to make changes or completely move everything anywhere else, so you will have access and control over 100 % of the whole system.

Are there any hidden or ongoing costs?

No hidden costs at all. I get paid a one time fee for building the Automated Mortgage Lead Machine just like you pay the builder to build a house only once. Since the system runs on the internet and that means it requires some maintenance from time to time, I do offer this maintenance service (website checking, backing up, security updates etc.) for a reasonable fee ($USD70/month).
